Many people like to combine Spanish study with Volunteer Work opportunities in Mexico.  Kukulcan believes that community outreach provides many valuable learning opportunities for students, and we can arrange for you to do some volunteer work while you're here studying with us.  Let us know how many hours a week you want to contribute to volunteer work, what kind of work interests you, and what your level of proficiency is in Spanish.  We'll work with you to place you in a work-study environment that suits you.

Whether you come as part of an organized program or as an independent student, you can volunteer to work in a local school, orphanage, or other social institution.  No salary and no academic credit is attached to volunteer work, but it is a wonderful way to interact with native speakers and provide service to the community.
