Spanish program for Veterinarians

Kukulcan Spanish Language School has designed a Spanish language program for veterinarians, veterinary surgeons, veterinary assistants, clinic managers, and other veterinary professionals. This program will enable you to easily communicate with Spanish speaking clients, while familiarizing you with the Mexican culture and its conception's of time, personal space, personal values, family traditions and food. While immersed in our Spanish language immerion program for veterinary professionals, you will learn terminology related to the field and have guided visits to local pet shelters and hospitals.

Participants with no previous language experience will learn basic conversational skills, allowing them to ask what the animal´s symptoms are, how long the animal has had the problem, to prescribe medication, and to give follow-up instructions. Participants who already have some knowledge of Spanish will advance the skills enabling them to discuss treatment methods, lab work and surgical procedures.
