Kukulcan has a finely-tuned and well-planned curriculum consisting of Spanish grammar classes, conversation classes, and cultural programs that fit together to create the perfect learning environment for your students. Our instructors are experienced teachers of Spanish as a second language and have training in foreign language methodology. We offer language classes at all levels, from beginning to advanced, with special courses for heritage speakers of Spanish or bilingual students. We also offer internships in select fields like business, journalism, and education.
Some university programs send their students with a group leader and others send their students alone. We can help you decide which is the best choice for you. Whether you come with your students or send them on their own you can be sure your group is in good hands.
SPANISH PROGRAMS FOR HIGH SCHOOL GROUPS
Our high school Spanish programs operate separately from our college programs. Upon arrival, your students will go through our orientation program that will prepare them for a successful immersion experience in Mexico. We have a strict code of conduct for students and works with families to ensure a safe home-stay environment. Classes are fun and challenge students to use Spanish in real-life situations. Our teachers have experience working with international students and know how to engage them in the classroom. Our affiliations with American and European universities allow us to prepare high school students for advanced Spanish placement exams.
Our student services director will work with you and your students to plan activities and excursions to complement your learning objectives.
We also offer non-credit programs for teenagers, combining language acquisition with cultural exposure and travel. We will work with you to determine how to best meet the needs of your group.
